We all know the venerable F-40 was a street legal race car. Now you can make your F-40 truly street legal with Hyper-Flow Catalytic Converters. With the assistance of Dave Helms of Scuderia Rampante, one of the countries leading authorities on F-40’s, we have developed a emissions-legalcatalytic converter that offers all the top end power of “strait pipes” with a big boost in mid range power and drivability. If your F-40 is still equipped with the O.E. converters, you will see big increases in power across the entire RPM range. If you have already installed “test pipes”, you get the same top end surge with an increase in low end torque and a smoother mid-range power curve. Adjustability is something lacking in even the original converters. Because special care must be taken to avoid stressing the turbo housings during installation, Dave has also supplied us a step by step F-40 installation guide.
For those of you that are still not convinced that Hyper-Flow Catalytic Converters are the way to go, we also offer Race-Pipes for the F40 and they include the same adjustable rear flange as our converters.
