Customer Comments:02/10 - Staff was extremely friendly and the shop was in great shape. I even got a tour of the facility and the chance to check out a nice little Ferrari 348 they're doing some engine work on! My only complaint is the time it took to get my tires installed (2+ hours) and the only reason it was an issue is because I had an appointment the afternoon of the installation that I ended up missing. Overall though I would use them again and recommend Robert and his crew to anyone.
02/10 - Robert and his crew are extremely careful, honest and professional. I will not take my car anywhere else for service. Great at their work and the cleanest shop I have ever seen. Don't go anywhere in Knoxville for installation or repairs before you check them out. You will not be disappointed. If you want the best this is the place to go.
02/10 - Installed tires and diagnosed other issues in a prompt and expert manner. Excellent and friendly customer service. Highly recommended.
01/10 - Transplanted from Ohio: Walked into the waiting room saw posters "Mid-Ohio". Robert and I talked about different car series. Very professional, very friendly, no problem with recommending to a friend.
12/09 - I was treated with courtesy and my tires were promptly mounted and balanced. Robert Pete and the entire staff were very helpful and friendly and informed me of a couple of things that will need to be looked at in the near future. I certainly appreciate their thoroughness and the confidence that they inspired - thoroughly professional in every way. I will definitely trade with Eurohaus again.
